One of the most famous customer loyalty programs used in Canada and has been a total hit has been Tim Hortons Roll up the Rim to win. The campaign is held once a year in February and 31 million prizes are distributed a year. The Roll up the Rim has been around since 1986 and is still on going today with much success amongst Canadians looking forward to playing.

The Roll up the Rim is an easy game made by Tim Hortons for all their coffee lover customers, it is an easy way of attracting customers to purchase their beverages as when a customer purchases they are automatically eligible to play since all they have to do is roll up the paper lid on the cup to see if they have won a prize. Prizes can range anything from a free coffee or donut to crazy prizes such as a new Toyota Rav4 or 32 inch LCD Tv.
Since 1986 from when the first campaign started Tim Hortons has given out a vast number of vehicles 500 to be exact and endless amount of free coffee and donuts.
